Life Renewed x4: Targeted Programs for Lasting Change.

The Fabric of Change: Woven with Eleven Threads of Hope.

Eleven Themes (The "11"): These are the core values, activities, and guiding principles that permeate all aspects of Project New Leaf and its programs, driving the mission to help inmates and their families:

1. Prayer: Central to the mission, fostering a connection with God for guidance, strength, hope, and transformation for inmates, families, and volunteers.

2. Children's Camp (Camp GROWTH 2026): A dedicated initiative to provide children of incarcerated parents with a positive, fun, and supportive camp experience, offering them respite, joy, and a sense of community.

3. The B.E.A.R. Program: The acronym B.E.A.R. stands for "I am—Blessed (Ephesians 1:3), Equipped (Ephesians 2:10), Accepted (Romans 15:7), Redeemed (Ephesians 1:7). It is a tangible act of comfort and love, providing teddy bears to children impacted by incarceration to offer them a sense of security and connection.

4. Second Chance: A core belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to start anew, with themes and programs focused on facilitating genuine rehabilitation and societal reintegration.

Second Chances Delivered, Hope Ignited.

Imagine: one in three American adults. That's nearly 70 million lives wrestling with the shadow of a past record, yearning for a fresh start. Each year, over 600,000 individuals step out from behind walls, only to confront a devastating "second prison" – a maze of over 44,000 restrictions and a heavy stigma that slams doors on jobs, homes, and their chance to truly belong.

Journey with Us: From Inside Walls to Open Doors of Hope and Second Chances. We walk alongside individuals impacted by the justice system and their families, offering steadfast hope and tangible support every step of the way—from incarceration through reintegration. Our volunteers are essential partners in this journey, helping to nurture hope, equip for new possibilities, and champion the second chances that transform lives and strengthen our community.

WE CAN EFFECTIVELY MANAGE IMPAIRMENT

About 20,000 Deaf individuals are incarcerated, facing communication barriers. We provide a support person for families and inmates to help navigate these challenges.
